Coffee and conversation with Beth Chapman and After Hopper Artists

Beth Chapman, who grew up in South Truro, has been

conducting Hopper House Tours for the past three years. “What makes Beth Chapman’s commentary on Hopper different from those of any art historian I’ve read so far is that she sees him as a local artist who painted houses and barns belonging to local families, including her own. She would often interrupt her talk to tell anecdotes about Edward and Josephine passed down to herby her parents, who knew them both.”   The Telegraph
