Membership:
- Online membership application and renewal are now available.
- If you are going to renew your membership or apply for a new membership and want to pay by check, please email Jae at jae@pametclub.com with the type of membership, the add-ons you want (rack storage, dock storage, small boat or dinghy, storage locker) and the amount of any voluntary contribution.
- Membership Options are flexible and include Individual, Dual, or Family Memberships.
- Our current membership year began on April 1, 2024 and ends on March 31, 2025 for all memberships.
New Membership
Please note that all the rates below are for the 2024/2025 season.
Individual Membership:
- $570.00 for the year
Dual Membership:
- $850.00 for the year
- Dual Memberships are for two people living under the same roof.
Family Membership:
- $1030.00 for the year
Family memberships include the enrolled member (bundle administrator) as well as other family members. This membership is for families who are sharing one local residence. Please speak with our manager for any questions.
Boating and Watercraft add-ons are available and include:
- Rack storage for kayak, canoe, paddle board and sunfish: Price varies with rack.
- Top Rack: $65 per space for season - Raffle coming soon to secure you rack storage location! Look for the email.
- Lower (standard) rack: $130 per space for season - Raffle coming soon to secure your rack storage location! Look for the email.
- Sunfish rack: $200 per space for the season.
Individual Memberships can sign up for two rack spaces, Dual memberships can sign up for three rack spaces and family memberships can sign up for four rack spaces.

- Dinghy Dock Storage (12 feet or under, 55" max.beam, no motor): $300
- Small Boat Dock Storage (12 feet to 14 feet, 60" max. beam): $580
- If you have interest in small boat dock storage, please contact the General Manager, Jae McAuley before you sign-up online. If you have never had a boat or dinghy at the dock, an email or phone call is required.
- Storage Lockers: $100
